Everything you need to know before you tee off at Wormburner.

Park golf is an 18-hole sport invented in Japan in 1983 — think of it as the pickleball of golf. You use one club and one ball to navigate a full course with tee boxes, fairways, and greens. Holes range from 100–200 feet long, the ball stays near the ground, and you score just like regular golf. No big swing, no slice, no problem. Anyone can pick it up in minutes.
Mini golf is windmills and carpet. Park golf is played on natural terrain — grass fairways, rough, and greens — with actual golf scoring. The holes are much longer (up to 200 feet), there's out-of-bounds, and genuine strategy is involved. It's more competitive and way more addicting, but still totally accessible to beginners.
Not at all. Because the ball stays near the ground and you only use one club, there's no complicated swing technique to learn. First-timers routinely keep up with experienced players. If you can hit a ball in the right direction, you can play park golf.
Nope — we provide everything. Pick up your club and ball when you pay at the Campbell Cove Camp Store. Just show up ready to play.
Plan on about 40 minutes for two players and 1 hour 15 minutes for four players. Add more time as your group gets bigger. It's a great length — long enough to be satisfying, short enough to play twice.
Wormburner is an 18-hole outdoor course set on natural terrain near Lake Logan. Holes vary in length and shape — some straightforward, some with tight fairways and out-of-bounds that'll test your accuracy. The course rewards finesse over power, so don't count anyone out. Expect to walk 0.65 miles and ~1,800 steps for 18 holes!

Absolutely. Kids 15 and under play for $5 and can compete right alongside adults. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Younger children may struggle with any golf type game, but we recommend playing a best ball scramble with the kids. Let them team up with an adult and choose the best shot to advance from!
